Return & Replacement Policy
This STM32 Development Kit is intended for educational purposes, embedded system learning, experimentation, and project development. As the kit contains electronic components that may be damaged due to improper handling, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, overvoltage, or user modifications, returns and replacements are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
To ensure product quality, all major electronic components such as the STM32 Development Board, sensors, communication modules, and other sensitive electronic devices are supplied in factory-sealed or quality-tested condition before dispatch.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, eligible defective components may be replaced at our discretion.

- No return or replacement will be provided for components damaged due to incorrect connections, misuse, accidental damage, short circuits, reverse polarity, or improper operation.
- Replacement requests made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
